Field Technician

Full-timeWest & North Delhi
Salary₹12,000 – ₹18,000 / month

Carry out our odourless treatments at homes, offices and kitchens across West and North Delhi.

Key responsibilities

  • Do treatments the PestPros way: gel, odourless spray, termite drilling and injection, bed bug and rodent control
  • Inspect the property and explain the treatment and aftercare to the customer
  • Reach on time for the booked morning, afternoon or evening slot
  • Follow safety rules and handle chemicals and equipment carefully
  • Send a short job report with photos after every visit
  • Handle warranty follow-up visits when pests come back

What you need

  • 2–3 years of pest control experience
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
  • Polite with customers, basic Hindi reading

Supervisor

Lead our technician team and make sure every job meets the PestPros standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan the daily schedule for technicians across the three booking slots
  • Check work quality on site and handle warranty complaints
  • Train new technicians on our treatment process and safety
  • Manage chemical, rodent box and equipment stock
  • Do site visits and measurements for commercial and pre-construction jobs
  • Handle customer calls and share a daily work report

What you need

  • Pest control field experience, with some team-lead experience
  • Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets and phone calls

Web Developer

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the website (Next.js / React)
  • Update service pages, prices and the online booking system
  • Keep the site fast, mobile-friendly and working on every phone
  • Handle SEO basics and our Google Business listing
  • Connect bookings to WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets
  • Fix bugs and ship small changes quickly

What you need

  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • React or Next.js preferred
  • A portfolio or links to sites you have built
